2.1 MGU Relationship
Gridiron Insurance Underwriters, Inc. operates as a Managing General Underwriter (MGU). We work with licensed insurance brokers and agents to provide insurance products to eligible insureds.
2.2 Quote Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate quotes, all quotes are subject to underwriting approval and may change based on complete and accurate information provided. A quote does not constitute a binding insurance contract.
2.3 Policy Issuance
Insurance policies are issued by our partner insurance carriers. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the actual policy documents issued by the carrier.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quote and application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in policy cancellation or claim denial.
3.2 Broker/Agent Authorization
If you are an insurance broker or agent, you represent that you are properly licensed in all states where you submit applications on behalf of clients.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gridiron Insurance Underwriters, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose.
